Overview
Training providers, employers, schools and associations often start with an off-the-shelf LMS. It handles courses and quizzes. It does not model your training partners, their client companies, in-person practicals or expiring certificates. Your team fills the gap with spreadsheets and manual reports.
ZSoftly builds a training platform around how you deliver training. We set up the platform, brand it for you and each partner, and build a custom partner portal, certificates, scheduled reporting and an API for your other systems. After launch we host, update, back up and support it.
We build on open-source software. Moodle HQ and its community publish Moodle, an open-source LMS. The multi-tenant build uses its IOMAD distribution. Frappe Learning is an open-source project published by Frappe Technologies and its community. ZSoftly does not develop or own these products. We implement, customize, host and operate them.

Can you migrate from our current LMS?
Yes, as scoped service work. We export learner history and certificates from your current system and import them as external training records. We run test imports and check the results with you before launch.
Can each partner have its own branding and login?
Yes. Each training partner gets its own logo, colours and login page. Certificates and emails carry the partner brand.
How are certificates issued and tracked?
The platform issues a branded PDF certificate with a wallet card when a learner meets the completion rules. For a practical session, an instructor can sign off the whole class in one click. Each certificate has a validity period. The platform warns you before it expires.
Where is the platform hosted?
On ZSoftly Cloud Platform (ZCP) in the Canadian region you choose, in your own cloud account, or on your own hardware. The platform runs in containers in each case.
Can our head office see all partners while partners see only their own learners?
Yes. The platform uses a hierarchy of training partners, client companies and departments with data scoped per partner. Your head office sees every partner, and each partner sees only its own clients and learners.
