Managed Observability & Incident Response
Observability and incident response built around your requirements, with ZCP Observability, OneUptime, and migration support.
Overview
ZSoftly provides observability and incident-response services for engineering and platform teams. We operate the ZCP observability stack, implement OneUptime, and help customers improve or replace fragmented monitoring, paging, and status tooling.
Use managed Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Alertmanager when that stack fits your requirements. Choose OneUptime when you need a consolidated platform for observability, on-call, incidents, workflows, and status communication. The service is scoped around your security, residency, integration, and support requirements.
What this service covers
- ZCP observability stack design and managed operations
- OneUptime architecture and deployment design
- Telemetry, monitoring, alerting, on-call, and incident workflows
- Migration planning for monitoring, paging, and status tooling
- Enterprise Edition licensing and self-hosted deployment support
- Managed upgrades, backups, integrations, and operational runbooks
Choose the platform path
Pick the platform that matches your control and compliance requirements.
ZCP Managed Observability
Managed Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Alertmanager for teams that want ZSoftly to operate monitoring, dashboards, logs, and alert routing.
OneUptime
An open-source or licensed Enterprise Edition platform for teams consolidating observability, on-call, incident response, workflows, and status communication.
Existing customer platforms
Assessment, integration, modernization, or migration support for Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, PagerDuty, Statuspage, and related tools.
OneUptime delivery models
Select the delivery model that fits your control, compliance, and support requirements.

Status and communications
Statuspage and related public or private status communication workflows.
How we deliver
A controlled rollout that leaves your team with a supportable service.
Assess
Map current tools, telemetry sources, alert rules, on-call schedules, incidents, status pages, and operational constraints.
Design
Define the deployment model, security boundaries, data retention, integrations, ownership, and migration sequence.
Migrate
Implement OneUptime, connect telemetry and delivery systems, migrate priority workflows, and run parallel validation.
Operate
Handover or manage the platform with upgrades, backups, runbooks, and incident support.
Common questions
Can OneUptime run in our own environment?
Yes. ZSoftly can deploy the open-source platform or support a licensed Enterprise Edition deployment in your cloud, private cloud, on-premises environment, or other approved hosting boundary.
Do we need to replace every tool at once?
No. We recommend a staged migration. Start with a defined service or incident workflow, validate telemetry and escalation behavior, then expand once the workflow holds.
Who manages the OneUptime license?
The OneUptime license and feature scope are confirmed with OneUptime for the selected deployment. ZSoftly can coordinate the implementation and operate the resulting platform under the agreed delivery model.
