We build on open-source software. Frappe Technologies and its communities publish Frappe Framework, ERPNext, Frappe HR, Frappe CRM, Helpdesk, Insights, Frappe Learning and Raven as open-source projects. ZSoftly does not develop or own them. We implement, customize, host and operate them. This is engineering and operations work. We are not a reseller and we do not stop at installation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who owns the data and the code?
You do. Your data, your configuration and any custom apps we build for you belong to your company. You can export them or move them to another provider at any time.
Is this reselling ERPNext?
No. ERPNext and the other Frappe applications are open-source projects from Frappe Technologies and their communities. ZSoftly does not sell licences. We charge for the engineering and operations work: design, build, integration, hosting and support.
Can we start with one application?
Yes. Start with accounting, CRM or helpdesk and add the rest later. Because the applications share one set of records, each new one connects to what you already run.
Can you migrate from QuickBooks, Zoho, HubSpot or a custom system?
Yes, after we check the source system. We export your records, map them to the new data model and import them in test runs before the final cutover. During discovery we confirm what moves and how much history comes with it.
Who maintains the upstream software?
Frappe Technologies and the open-source community maintain the Frappe Framework and its applications. ZSoftly applies their releases on a schedule after staging tests. We maintain the custom work we build for you.
Can it run inside our own cloud account?
Yes. We deploy and operate the platform in your AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account, or on your own hardware. You keep the infrastructure bill and the access controls, and we run the application.
