Promotion terms

1. Offer and eligibility

This limited offer is for eligible new ZCP accounts created through the Reddit campaign landing page. It is not a general ZCP promotion and does not apply to accounts created through other pages or channels. Limit one offer per organization.

2. Credits

Eligible accounts receive CA$100 in promotional credit at sign-up, valid for 30 days from issue. An eligible account may receive an additional CA$150 in promotional credit for candid ZCP feedback, for up to CA$250 in total promotional credit. The CA$150 feedback promotional credit does not expire.

3. Postpaid activation

This campaign requires Postpaid billing. Save a credit card through Stripe during activation so invoice charges can be processed automatically. When usage reaches the billing threshold, an invoice is generated, the saved card is charged, and a new threshold cycle begins. The billing threshold is not promotional credit or a permanent cap. Once created, a Postpaid account remains in that billing mode for its lifetime.

4. Feedback promotional credit and claim process

To qualify for the additional CA$150 in promotional credit, publish candid feedback about ZCP inr/ZSoftly by September 30, 2026. Feedback need not be positive.

To claim the credits, join the ZCP Slack community, introduce yourself, and tag @ZCP Community Team with your ZCP account number and a link to the feedback. ZSoftly will confirm eligibility before applying the feedback promotional credit.

5. Offer period and capacity

The offer is available until September 30, 2026, or until the first 25 eligible participants claim the offer, whichever comes first. ZSoftly will stop accepting participants once capacity is reached and may modify, suspend, or end the offer, in whole or in part, at any time. If the offer ends, no further sign-up or feedback promotional credits will be issued.

6. Eligible services and billing

This campaign has no service-specific exclusions. Promotional credit applies across ZCP services. To participate, use Postpaid billing rather than Prepaid. Save a credit card through Stripe for automatic invoice charges. Usage not covered by promotional credit is billed under Postpaid.

7. Other restrictions

Promotional credit has no cash value and is non-transferable. Standard rates apply to usage not covered by promotional credit. The CA$100 sign-up promotional credit expires after 30 days; the CA$150 feedback promotional credit does not expire.
