The ZCP console has a new tab called Store. It sells support plans, professional services, dedicated servers and software licences. Every product you buy there bills on the same invoice as your instances, so there is one bill to read and one place to pay it.

Store products belong to your account, not to a project. You buy a support plan once and it applies to every project in the account.

## Available today

These products are on the Store now. Prices are in CAD.

- Basic Support, free and included with every account. 8x5 ticket portal support with best effort response and 99.5% SLA.
- Pro Support, $99 a month. Business hours coverage by ticket portal and email, a 4 hour response on P1 and 8 hours on P2, and a 99.9% SLA.
- Architecture & Design Workshop, $2,500 one time. A working session with our engineers to design your platform and scope the build.
- Monitoring Stack Deployment, $1,000 one time. We stand up the monitoring stack and wire your instances and services into it.
- Annual Security Audit, $3,500 one time. A yearly security audit of your environment, with a findings report.

## Bare Metal

The Store has a Bare Metal tab with the same dedicated servers the website publishes on the [bare metal page](https://zcp.zsoftly.ca/services/bare-metal), at the same prices. Each server includes a 1 Gbps port and 100 TB of monthly transfer. You order a server from the Store tab like any other product and it bills monthly on the same invoice.

## Available on request

The products below are on the Store without a price. We scope and quote each one first. When you accept the quote, we add the product to your account and it bills like any other product. When we publish a price, the product moves to the public Store and you can buy it directly.

- Managed Services: Managed Linux Instance, Managed Windows Instance, Managed Kubernetes Cluster, Managed CI Runner, Managed Database Instance.

To request a quote, open a support request from the console or email [the support team](mailto:support@zsoftly.ca) with the product name and what you need it for.

## How to buy

1. Open the Store tab in the console.
2. Pick the tab you want: Support, Professional Services, Bare Metal, Managed Services, Backup and DR, Security and Compliance, Networking, Training, or Licensing and SaaS.
3. Choose a quantity where the product takes one.
4. Confirm the order.

Billing starts when the order is placed. Monthly products appear on your invoice alongside your instances. One time products are billed once.

Send questions about an order through the usual support channel: a support request from the console or an email to [the support team](mailto:support@zsoftly.ca).

## For independent software vendors

If you sell software and want to reach Canadian customers, the Store can carry your product. ZSoftly lists your product in the ZCP Store for Canadian customers, bills the customer and handles first line order support. You are paid a revenue share on each sale.

If that fits your product, [contact us](https://zcp.zsoftly.ca/contact?topic=partnership) and pick the partnership topic. Tell us what you sell and how you license it. We will reply with next steps.

## Read the docs

The Store documentation covers each tab, how quotes work and how products appear on your invoice. See the [Store guide](https://docs.zcp.zsoftly.ca/public-cloud/store/) on the docs site.
